Model with Ruki was a creation innovated with the ideology of fulling the void in the modeling and fashion world, Sri Lanka is at the center of the Fashion and Garment world with more than 50 years of development in the garment industry in Sri Lanka, it is evident that our nation has created marvels in the Fashion industry throughout the globe, from the early 1960’s Sri Lanka has been creating pioneer Models and Beauty Queens.

Moving forward during the millennium the Sri Lankan Modeling world shifted from pure models towards, dynamic models and quick models which inturn created less than professionals as a result a void was created in the Beauty and Modeling industry, as the years went the standards of models in the market considerably dropped.

In the year 2019, During the month of November, from the shadows to the light Rukmal Senanayake, an experienced choreographer and model trainer who has won several titles in the beauty and fashion world, created Model with Ruki was to intensify the training provided to models with a pinch of class and a lot of mentorships, among many of the Beauty Queens and Models, Model With Ruki has created Mrs.World – Caroline Jurie (2020) was one of them, Rukmal Senanayake served as the Official Choreographer of the Sri Lankan chapter as well.

The Founder – Rukmal Senanayaka along with Tharaka Gurukanda the co-Founder of Model with Ruki has been able to build a household brand in the modeling industry, Currently Model with Ruki has produced more than 1000+ Models in Sri Lanka and around with world, many of these models and beauty queens are now either in Sri Lankan entertainment industry or the global entertainment industry, by 2023 Model with Ruki has now expanded from a Modeling academy towards an entertainment hub, that has an arm focused on a modeling agency and Haute Couture Fashion weeks.
